I just went through and ovulation phase(last week) and started taking prenatal vitamins 2 weeks ago. I am eating/drinking anything and everything that mentions folic acid. Do you think this is helping or am I getting enough with my vitamin?

You get enough in your prenatal vitamin.

you need folic acid so much up until your 15th week of pregnancy... take it everyday... it helps with the growth of the baby's spine and other vital organs.... it is very important

I am sure it is helping as long as your body is absorbing it properly. I say keep it up. Folate is a good thing before and during pregnancy.
