When you answer this question, keep in mind I made the changes via control panel, I assume the changes must come from here. I NEVER get inot that registry stuff. Thanks!

Well, for some reason the file c:/boot.ini was changed to include multiple options. I don't know why this happened, but I would make sure before I changed anything that I wasn't breaking anything. Anyway, you should have a bunch of lines that look like this in the file-

multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /fastdetect /NoExecute=OptIn

Basically, you have to figure out which one of these lines you need to delete.

There are ways to trick non-Apple computers into running OS X but they're pretty difficult because Windows computers still use the 1980s era BIOS to boot up while Macs use the much newer EFI. It's also illegal- the EULA for OS X says that you can only run it on Apple's hardware.

You need to edit the boot.ini file in the C: drive. It will not be visible by default.Select Tools->Folder Options and uncheck the Hide protected Operating System files. Now,it'll be visible.
Now,open the file and you can see two lines of code displaying the OS.Delete the second line and save it...
Restart and you're done!

There u will find the 2 check marks .
1.Time to display list of Operating systems. Uncheck that box infront of it .then u will not 2 choices when u boot the system.
