It's only after I orgasm. This was never the case until after I had to have a D&C. I think there might be scar tissue or something. The doctor of course at a free clinic Planned Parenthood (I personally believe they don't know anything) she said just to change positions. Well now I can only get off when I'm on top so no fun for me!! This has been going on for since April 2006. The doctors are stupid and I can't afford anything else cause I have no insurance and no money! Has anyone else heard of this problem or anything like this before?? Thanks for reading!

I have this problem too. The cramping is caused from contracting of the uterus during orgasms. The lightheadedness and dizziness is probably caused from all the work. I wouldn't worry too much about it. Sometimes if your orgasm is really strong you can cramp. I know I do.

Pls go back to a dr to have this looked at. Because you don't have insurance check with your city's local health dept to see if they offer free clinics. If not check with a Medical School if you have one close to where you live.
