any child can drive as long as he/she can grab control of the wheels and has adult supervision, my dad thought me to drive when i was 12

In Kansas you can drive to work and school at 14 with a learners permit.

YES, LEGALLY!, my nephew started driving at 14 with his learner permit. All states are different, check with yours to be sure ( In michigan, you need to be within I think 3 months of your 15th birthday)
