I got diagnosed with genital herpes (type 2) about three years ago, whilst I was still in college and had a silly one-night stand. I understand a lot of young women say this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a mistake that one time and all of a sudden it seemed like I was going to have to live with the implications for the rest of my life. The hardest part was feeling I could never date men again. After all, who wants to go out with a girl who has sores around her private parts? But since a friend shared this movie https://tr.im/k3JCH everything improved.
Not only was I able to clear away all remnants of the hsv from my system in less than three weeks, but I was also able to begin dating again. I even met the man of my dreams and I'm so lucky to write that just a week ago, in front of everyone in a crowded restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me! This method provided me the opportunity to be happy and experience true love again. Now I want to help others by sharing this story.

Sounds like you might be expierencing Postherpetic neuralgia due to the shingles. Symptoms:
With resolution of the HZ eruption, pain that continues for 3 months or more is defined as PHN.
Pain is variable from discomfort to very severe and may be described as burning, stabbing, or gnawing.
Signs:
Area of previous HZ may show evidence of cutaneous scarring.
Sensation may be altered over involved areas, in the form of either hypersensitivity or decreased sensation.
In rare cases, the patient might also experience muscle weakness, tremor or paralysis — if the nerves involved also control muscle movement.
If patients do develop postherpetic neuralgia, they are also advised see their doctor immediately. They may have to work with their doctor and sometimes other specialists such as neurologists to try a variety of treatments before they find something that helps.
You should prolly discuss this with your doctor to test to see if that's what you are expierencing, and correct it before it worsens anymore.. Check out the link below it describes it in detail..
Good luck :)

You need to speak to your doctor as ongoing problems, if they are persisting, will be individual to the patient.
If you have had any damage, I would suggest that it can be aided by medication.
Don't assume that you have suffered any long term nerve damage without diagnosis.
Good luck
