there's a laptop that is touch screen and instead of lifting the top to open it-u have 2 spin it clockwise or counter-clockwise. does anybody know the brand & name of this laptop?
*i can't quite remember but i think i saw it on tv*

It's a tablet pc, basically a laptop with a folding touch screen. There are a number of manufacturers that make those.

It's a Tablet PC.
Dell sells them - they featured one on a commercial.
Motion Computing probably has the best ones available.
