Oh yes, that was truly laugh out loud funny.
Actress Mariette Hartley wrote an autobiography in which she talks about working on the show Gunsmoke. She said James Arness was really a very funny guy and had them all in stitches on the set. I'd have to say he would have gotten a big kick out of that piece!
