I just love how right wingers accuse me of 'hating freedom' because I oppose the war in Iraq.
The British will soon be withdrawing troops from iraq- does that mean Tony Blair 'hates freedom'? I tuned in to a couple of right wing radio shows, and some callers were calling for reprisals on the UK if they pull out from Iraq. Typical right wing thinking...

For some reason some people in the US honestly think that the soldiers are fighting to keep them free.
They're in Iraq to stop groups like Alquaida from controling the oil. They use the excuse of freedom though. It's the same in Afganistan not about freeing the people. It was about reprisil but now it is about oil and because GWB is a no dick moron who doesn't know when to quit.
Blair like the rest of us have had enough. Iraq is the US's next Vietnam...
Why not concentrate on all the genocides and catastrophies going on in Afican countries or the far east?
Because there is no oil, or any other major resources that the US needs from them. In other words there is no money in it. War is a billion dollor buisness and the government knows if they quit now they failed in what they said they would do and they would have to face hundreds of companies they've signed multi million and in some cases billion dollar contracts with to build weapons and provide supplies. Explain how the government is into a war tha is costing one billion dollars a week but yet the economy of the country is according to them strong.
The exchange from Canadian to US dollars is 15 cents on the dollar. 5 years ago it was 25 cents.
Oh and they gotta feed 10 million people in Iraq but people all over the US can't feed their own children let alone afford the bus fare to get to their minimum wage job.
I say the right wingrs who support it all are the ones who hate freedom. they're the sheep being led around by the nose being told what to think and what tou believe.
I am Canadian by the way. And I don't hate American people or Iraqi people or anyone for that matter. I hate anyone person who drags others into a world of heartship lies and suffering. And for that in my mind the US president is not that different than Sudam Hussein was... Cause letting your people starve and suffer because of what city they live in or where they are from is not far off having them killed for being different .

Now that I am fast on my way to being greatly hated by many here. For those of you who chose to make your insults to me public you are only supporting what I am saying. You hate me souley based on one statement. Without even knowing who I am or what kind of a person I am... And I am as white as white gets I'm irish so don't spout that crap about where I must be from.
I don't see colour or religion I see you and what kind of a man you are....
