Here is a list of issues that refute the libertarian party....and for the most part are unrealistic!
1.Government intervention
2.War On Drugs
3.Taxes
4.Ban of gay marriage
5.Affirmative action
6.Environmental action through government
7.Gun Control
8.Universal Healthcare
9.Social Security
10.Patriot Act
11.Ban Illegal Immigrants

These issues are what the libertarians fight against and for good reasons! To truly understand the libertarians it takes alot of understanding human nature as well as studying public choice theory! They believe in freedom above any other principle! Freedom should only be restrained when that person has hurt someone else's freedoms!

Libertarians don't advocate everything being legal they want to decriminalize drugs and punish the real criminals in our society. The guy who used LSD as the drug example for junkies shows how little he really knows about the issue.

Your first link is the LP national party website.

I do agree with the Libertarians views on the insane drug war, and crime in general.

Prohibition failed in the 30's...and it is failing now. It is only producing crime, and is destroying many lives in the process.

I guess they believe legalizing meth would rid us of tweakers legalizing Heroine/LSD would get rid of the junkies.

They talk tough on crime, but if you made everything legal, then who would be the criminals?

There would be no victims because everything would be legal.

Smart.....real smart
