Most people just don't know what to say, so they state the obvious. It could be nerves or just lack of actual thinking. I don't know. Just reply "Every day." When mine was in Iraq, I would get asked "Are they close to the female soldiers? " "Is it possible for them to cheat?" and this was from another wife. I wanted to punch her after a few weeks of those questions.

appears like he on no account have been given over her. on a similar time as in Iraq a impressive style of the adult adult males and gals have myspace. it rather is there way of communique with family individuals & friends. you haven't any longer any thought what he and others have or had to adventure. So don't be perplexing on him for talking on myspace. they have adequate to hassle approximately, so which you have been including stress he did no longer choose. it would be diverse if he wasn't attempting to stay alive each 2d of on a daily basis. i understand you're harm over this, with a bit of luck yall can attempt to make it artwork, have you ever had your toddler? How is hubby adjusting via fact that he has been returned and a baby & spouse to guard? He can get counseling. have a pal you have faith look into his myspace, appears like he's attempting to hold directly to the previous. If he starts off being long previous alot, then provide him the boot.

I think it's a conversation starter...It's a given that you miss him like crazy. I am proud that you are a wife of a true American soldier. I hope I am not in your boat soon, but that is what I signed up for when I married him and that's what he signed up for too. People are just trying to make conversation...Kinda stupid question though!

I think that when people ask you that, it is a natural thing for them to ask that question. They are just concerned about you and him being far away from you. It may be stupid to you of them asking, but those are the ones who care about your feelings and they just want to see that you are okay.

If you didn't miss him, then you have a problem. You are suppose to miss him, that is part of being married.

Also, please thank your husband for going to Iraq to fight for mine and every ones freedom. You have yourself a 'real man' and a 'hero'!

People do say stupid things.

People are trying to be nice and they don't know what to say to you. What they really want to ask you is: "How does it feel to be in love with someone who is spending his days in the most dangerous part of the world right now?"

Wouldn't you just rather tell them, "Sure, I miss him!"

People dont quite know what to say because of the dangers over there. So its the automatic question that is easiest to ask you. Good luck to you both by the way.
