Apparently she was sick of her extensions....
I would have thought she would have had access to some decent hairdressers who could have given her a better haircut than shaving it off.
But hey, the girl is an attention seeking idiot. Something bad is coming her way - I can feel it. Maybe a drug overdose or something.

I Really believe she is crying out for attention ...i hope she don't kill herself like Anna Nicole..i believe Britney she is so mad of how she let that no good ..man in her life and pregnant her 2 times ..i know she is so mad at herself ..for letting a no good back stage dancer get into her life ...anyway ..she saw how he left the other girl pregnant and with a child ...she should had known better then to get pregnant..by that no good bum

i think she's really confused and is just 'experimenting', just like her 55 hr wedding, her marriage to kfed, her kids, not wearing panties, shaving her head, getting tattoos, she's just experimenting and is really confused. tha'ts my take on it all
