i dont know how to get in on the MLS without an agent. also, i am an invester who works with FSBO (For Sale By Owners). drop me a message and we can discuss your property to see if it is something our company is looking for.

Have you considered using a Real Estate Agent?

80% of homes sold by owners get into legal issues with buyers. It ends up costing you more.

Also average selling time from owners are around 78 days. With Agents they average about 33 days.

Just saying it might be worth it. You can negotiate selling commissions with them.
