The literal translation would be "Você se casará comigo?", but it'd be more idiomatic to translate it as "Você quer se casar comigo?" I saty this because in the original English question, the verb will, more than future, implies a desire, right? So, my translation into Portuguse is closer to Do you want to get married with me?
I'm Brazilian my first language is Portuguese.

Actually, all translations shown thus far have a small or large situational distortion. In a normal, natural environment one would propose in natural, still warmth wording as (option a): "você se casaria comigo?". This tone would be the proper one as it involves romanticism and caution. A more humble one, that blends seriousness and humility would be (option b): "eu te peço em casamento, aceita?". The "aceita" at the end smooths the formality at the beginning. Forget about "please" as we do not say this thing when we talk. In the last century and up to the 1930's man would say to women "eu te peço em aliança" and a woman, back then, would probably never propose to a man. So, if you are going to propose in a formal, and written way, pick the second (b) but if you are going to say it in person or on the phone, option a. Good luck!

"Voce aceita se casar comigo?"
I had the pleasure of asking exactly this a few months ago; it worked :-)
I speak a moderate amount of portuguese, but never had the need to learn this phrase! I asked a guy on the plane next to me; he was nice enough to help me out and offered to throw me a bachelor party....
