Yes, you have to get a good spot where it won't slip and then twist it as you push down. Cans used to be tougher and it was more impressive then, but still great fun now.

Yes, I can crush a can on my head, if you do it just right it does not hurt, much. You just have to make sure the can does not shred because then it can cut you up pretty bad. =)
