I still have mild UTI-like symptoms though such as burning urination (not all the time, sometimes) and mild burning sensations in my bladder occassionally also some pressure on my bladder. I don't have any vaginal infections or STDs. What could be causing this pain?

I have the same thing dont no what it is exactly but here is what I do to stop the discomfort that comes with it.
Got to walmart and go to the vitamin section. Look for cranberry pills. Look for the biggest bottle (generic is fine) and highest concentrate (like grams or miligrams in the actal pill) should be about anywhere from 4 to 12 dollars.
Take about 4 to 6 pills the moment you start feeling any discomfort. Wait about 30 min if you are still feeling it take 2 to 4 more. You can NOT overdose on these so dont worry about the bottle saying to only take a certain amount.
It relieves it completely.
Good luck !!

I would recommend seeing a urologist if you haven't already to have a cystoscopy done under general anesthesia. The reason for the general anesthesia is b/c if one does have IC the pain of the stretching would be horrendous if one was awake. Also, about 10% of the IC population have it not show up on the actual exam so a biopsy must be done.

If you have seen a urologist already I would recommend getting another opinion.

Have you talked to your gyn and/or primary care physician about this as well? Sometimes gynecologic conditions can cause bladder symptoms as well which is why I ask about the gyn.
