Embarrassing for both of you . But more for her since you did it in front of her co-workers. They are going to bug her and joke about it.Which is going to stress her more and make it bad for both of you. You should never propose at a work place or at a place where peer preasure can happen. Second is if you two didn't have a serious dating relationship, you shouldn't have proposed either.You may have ended the friendship beyond just damaging it.
