Thank you so much! I feel that i was discriminated against so i have file a claim with EEOC. It was a hostile working place the way my Manager cursed at me with the F---, demeaned me, and called me stupid. So this is why i am wondering should i file this with OSHA too? Thanks for your help. The EEOC enforces employment discrimination laws. Unless your employer is discriminating against you because of an injury or disability, they won't do anything about your claim.

OSHA enforces work place safety regulations and it has nothing to do with adjudicating personal injury claims.

If this is a work-related injury, you should file a claim with the local worker's comp board. If it is not a work-related injury, consult a local attorney that handles PI cases.
