How long did you have your piercing in? Was it fully healed?
I seriously doubt that your skin will ever be perfect again. Hopefully, however, you will just end up with a little divot, and not a big nasty scar. Everyone I know who has removed a facial piercing has ended up with a little divoty indent where it was. I guess that's just part of the package.
For now, try putting Vitamin E oil on it daily. It helps minimize the look of scars. I perfer it to the stuff like Mederma, and my doctor told me once it is actually the best thing for scars. You can either buy the oil, and dab it on with a cotton swab, or you can buy the capsules, and poke a hole in one end, and apply it through the little hole. Try doing that twice a day, and see if it doesn't help it heal.
Good luck!

First off, why in the world did you take it out? You should have treated the scar with a cream that will reduce the appearance of scars. There are some in the pharmacy. I love my monroe!!

Every piercing I have ever gotten (labret, nipples, ears) has left a little mark or scar, so I doubt it. There are scar creams you can buy, but they've never worked for me.

Nope but some good cover up never hurt anybody. Buy one that is just a touch lighter than your skin, apply, and use foundation as normal.
