The guitar in 1,2 & 4 is very nice. The melody in 1 and 2 is a bit boring. The melody in 3 is much better, and not just because it is a more upbeat song. You obviously are more of a tenor and I THINK you should stay in that vocal range. The bass or barritone is just a bit too low for you and you lose power. You definitely have talent and I admire someone who works at it. Definitely good and potentially marketable.
