How do you re-install a deleted video card?

Can i bring it back or do i have to get a new one?

Just plug it in. Windows will detect it and install it automatically if it has drivers for it. If it doesn't, just look at the manufacturer's website. Drivers are almost always free.

Uninstalling the drivers from Windows does absolutely nothing to the actual functionality of a video card; Windows just won't know how to use it.

Go on line to the manufacturer's site and download the drivers for your specific card, then plug it into the board - turn on the computer and your off and running.
