They are making good progress in this field and surely in the next 10 years ISRO might just be able to send an astronaut to the moon.

YES... India (ISRO) will send an astronaut to the moon. At present INDIA is preparing to send a satellite to the moon i.e. CHANDRAYAN-1 in the year of 2010.

not yet, but the planning has already begun. it could take upto 8 yrs of reserach and planning for this. let's wait and watch
in the meantime, ISRO is planning to send its 1st unmanned moon mission (Chandrayaan 1) in 2007 or 08

NO. But the plans are going well to send an astronaut to the moon by 2009-2010. The process name is called as "CHANDRAYAN".

They do a co-op with different countries if I'm correct. A astronaut from India that is trained may go on a mission with NASA.
I'm not 100 percent sure though.

IT WAS LIKE A MOVIE SHOT ON THE DESERTS OF US

Will they? maybe someday.
The only humans to go to the moon were the men of the American Apollo missions during the late sixties and early seventies. Nobody has been there since 1972.

russia yuri gagarin-1961 in 1963 valentina tereshkova was aboard the vostok-6
john glenn -1962 in neil armstrong -7-25-1969
nobody but nobody other than the russia in american have did this in dont think any other country will do it at all ever
