No, I think they will bring Meredith back. I hear they may leave her in a coma for awhile though, so that will give them time to show McDreamy feeling sad--he looked so handsome all during last week's episode, didn't he?

Translated that means that her mother is dying and she left her thinking that she blames her mother for her not being more than she is. She wants to tell her mother that she doesn't blame her at all. For that to happen her mother has to come to her in her death state. She will.

Ellis and Meredith will have a chance to speak without the Alzhiemer's getting in the way. It may not last long but it will happen.

Then Christina will make sure her person comes back to her.
After all she was cheated out on the ferry wreck.

Meredith will be revived thinking it was all a dream but someone , probably George will have to bring in the news that Ellis is actually dead.

The point is now Meredith has no other reason for making a decision other than she wants to do something, and Derek will be one of those decisions. He proposed to her on the dock and she turned him down without thinking. They will have to talk some on that moment. He has to come to terms with the idea that he can not always be her knight in shining whatever and that may be more than he is ready for at this moment.

She gets Dr. Shepard and he or she remains whining there isn't any beautiful that lady. She won't die. That's like saying Grissom might leave CSI. If she dies, the show goes with her. It'll just be a near-death experience. Dreamy will be happy she's back, but he might blame himself for not being there.

She's not going to die...you can check it out on spoilerfix.com, it says there was a death on last weeks show (obviously Meredith) and there will be a death on this weeks show, but only one will stick...Meredith is the one that's going to come back...her mother will die this week and they will meet in Meredith's little dreamworld she's in right now, resolve their issues and then Meredith will come back.

Meredith can't die....the show's named after her! It would be way too cracked up if they actually continued her story, but in 'her afterlife'. I think last week's episode was just her having a near-death experience, but I think she'll come out of it next episode.
