That's funny because where I live the county jail is full of illegals waiting to be deported. But then again the county has a contract with the feds to house federal inmates

You know, it's amazing how many police officers actually seem to know so little about the law they're supposed to be enforcing. I'm constantly hearing them spouting nonsense.

No it is not --- It just takes 20 years to try it in court, then you are home free on Amnesty. ---- DEPORT THEM ALL!!!! If they are not LEGAL AMERICAN CITIZENS THEN THEY HAVE NO CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS ---- DEPORT THEM.
