The only way to know for sure what's going on is for your leo to be examined by a vet.

If it's a mild impaction, you may be able to help out by giving your lizard a soak in warm water - like bathwater - deep enough to reach the belly for about 15-20 minutes. Keep an eye on him during the time he's in the water. Swirling the water around under the belly may help.

Also, check his temperatures in the tank. These should range from low 90s (warm side) to 80 (cool side). If he's not warm enough to digest his food, this could also contribute. As can parasites. If you get him to "go" take a fresh fecal sample to the vet.

I'd recommend a vet that specializes in reptiles. I'm including a link that has a directory of reptile vets by state.

Good luck, and I hope your little guy gets well!

give him warm baths and give him prune juice if he is impacted this will work if its not that then you should get yourself a sweater box and make a new cage these are good because they hold humidity and help rehydrate you gecko plus it will stay worm making his internal organs pick up again and he will be hungry again.
