Somebody reported someone else for asking this question...should they be reported?

Why are Blacks so rude, insensitive and harsh?
Not to mention, criminal. The USA would be better without them.

ya i saw that question too.. i didnt report him.. i thought about it. but i didnt see a real reason too. its not like its going to stop him/her from being a jerk.
i could understand why someone would. maybe even support them in doing so. but to me it doesnt matter too much.

follow what you feel. if you feel they are adding nothing positive by being rude,report them. make sure it is for good reason though.
