I assume that means that ppl should have at least 2 kids. If that is correct, then yes I completely agree. having only one child is a completely selfish act. The poor kid doesn't have anyone to play with near their own age. It isn't fair. If you don't have time for 2, then you probably don't have time for one either. It isn't about you, it's about the child. Not only that, God gave you two arms, not one. fill them both. If that isn't what you meant, I haven't got a clue. ;)

If Chocolate is correct, I do, yes. Everyone should have at least one sibling. Children who have two parents and 1 sibling or more
do better in school, than children who don't have a father and or a sibling. It's a known fact, about which there has been mention in books about parenting- I once read such a book, in which the writer talked about forcing children to grow up fast, which is something that's both cruel and wrong. If, however, the above is not what you mean by two child policy, tell me about the policy and I'll tell you if I'm in favor of it. Are you? If not, why not?

yeah sure i really would want it to be implemented in the philippines
im sorry for those unborn children who would be born to parents who do not know family planning and with no discipline
if only parents who know they are incompetent and would admit that they are not worthy to be parents would stop and think for a while of the life that they would help make

its unfair that you give birth to them, when you cant promise a good life, if they could and they had the means and they are ready they can always have children, but if you dont have the capacity,and you just do it without even thinking of the innocent child that would be born, it would be better if we had the two child policy
