The Irish translation for 'My little girl' is 'Mo chailín beag'
Mo: my
Cailín:girl
Beag:little

There is an English/Irish translator at the site below but you would need to know a couple of grammatical rules to use it.

The word order of a sentence in Irish is Verb, Subject, Object and an adjective follows a noun.
The h in the word 'chailín' in the phrase is added because it follows a possessive pronoun 'mo'
