I have very fair skin and eyes that vary from brown to a hazel ( they tend to get more greenish with what I'm wearing). I have dark brown hair.

Simple black or dark brown eye liner and mascara. Use green eye shadow for your eye color or a nice color to match what your wearing. Go easy on lip gloss stay dark colored but lightly applicated on. And try not to use much blush it takes away natural beauty with the redness of the cheeks. Use light pink or maroon on your skin. Your eyes will be poping out more in no time.

first,u HAVE to use a concealer and a little powder around ur eye area becoz it hides any kind of exhaustion or black circles or anything that will make ur eyes look tired,and the concealer would just brighten up that area around ur eyes and makes it a clean base for applying other stuff..use a black eyeliner fro the top and bottom.but if ur eyes r small,make it just from the top.the key element to browsing ur eys is the Mascara.use up to 3 coats if u want with a 1 min interval in between each time.for the eyeshadow,a light brown color would work for u..u could also use green..

Black eye liner really works. I have hazel eyes, and it really makes my eye stand out. I use a blend of different brown shades for eyeshadow. Mascara would work too!

i would try using a brown eyeshadow, with light/dark brown eyeliner and black mascara. that's what i use and it makes your eyes stand out. your eyes will look very pretty.

walgreens sells an eyeshadow trio thats supposed to make your eyes stand out
they have a set for every eye color
it even tells u how to put on the eyeshadow so it'll make your eyes stand out
i think it costs 8 bucks

for brown eyes wear blue eyeliner and for hazel eyes wear green eyeliner

A really good and new mascara it opens & brightens up your eyes try no eye liner, it makes your eyes look smaller, and dark.

mascarra..lots of it. also...try some eye shadow that is like greenish brown, soft gold, some purpley pale colours would prolly work well. again....mascarra. put a layer on, then wait a few minits, reapply......repete till you get big long lush lashes. good luck!!!

well , if you have "light" skin use
BLACK eyeliner and brown or black mascara ,
but if you have "darker" skin use white eyeliner and blackmascara .
and some pinkish blush will make your eyes pop too .

Well there are several things you can do such as mascara,eye liner,and eye shadow but do not forget about the eyelash curler!
