That would depend on what kind of a servant Mr. jigglypants is to you. If he is loyal and a hard worker then yes. But if he likes to get drunk and bites you then no, not even a banana.
I hate disrespectful servant monkeys.

yes and the codicil should include a provision stating that if he dies of anything other than old age/natural causes all funds will go to charity, that way your executor won't be tempted to off him for the cash.
