Well I use Windows Movie Maker and it has a tour on how to make videos.
But if you don't have that just look online for a free movie maker and if you have really cool Anime clips and great music you are set.

some persons do it because of the very actuality they prefer to make video edits with their own creativity. also a lot youtube videos with episodes are deleted so if you happen to want to seem at episodes of anime you'd be able to conveniently watch it off of youtube. what's dumb to you is a finding out attitude for an further. i'm wonderful sure you don't desire all and sundry telling you strategies you've faith is crap.

First I get clips from a show. I either download (if it's not licensed here) or buy the DVD and use clips from there.
Then I use "windows movie maker" and put the clips together
