Yes, but you see the trouble with American degrees versus English degrees - is there not worth the paper they're written on - and ours are not what they were - it's got something to do with Political Correctness - and unfair to have losers - there must only be winners and to hell with Darwin - duh !

He was manufactured by Condi Rice in Texas.
Read "Bush's Brain". The ner-do-well son was selected based on charisma and polished off with a big helping of neo-con politics to be the front man for the cabal (Wolfowitz, Pearle, Cheney, etc.) who were cabinet members of his father's presidency.
That is how Condi Rice became an "insider" - she tutored him into knowing how the federal government works.

I think the reason he has such a difficult time talking is that is just not that smart. I don't believe he really knows what is going on in the world and he doesn't have the slightest idea what the puppeteers are doing until they pull the next string... and they make words come out of his mouth.

WOW I guess having a degree from YALE means he is an idiot? I guess then moving on to Harvard (for his MBA) and having earned better grades than AL GORE means he stupid...Not all people have the "slick Willie" fast talking ways about them..
