Do you think that perhaps she doesn't want the responsiblity of raising her children and has acted out in such a way that would grant custody to KFED?

I am starting to really wonder if she wants that "married life with kids" i am thinking there is more to it then her alcohol problem....I think she is a lost soul who has followed the wrong path....

Doesn't it annoy you that if this happened to a normal non celebrity DSS would be at their door in two seconds taking the kids away..do you remember when her son the first son was hurt? Then driving without a car seat...going in public with no underwear???

So why hasn't DSS already been at her door taking those kids away and where are her parents? I am shocked that they are not up at these hotels picking up the kids and taking them their home...kids should not be stuck up in hotels all day...

okay to the one below doubting does Britney spend any quality time with her children? Do you think that the way a parent portrays themselve in the public eye has an effect on children..i think you have mistaken money for love..money takes care of her kids not love..would you want a wife who partys with no underwear and passes out drunk throwing up and shaves her head????

i dont think shaving your head is illegal, but before that she went to rehab for a day, and i think she might have went back now, but i say if she has to go to rehab, than she should lose the kids

I believe she has lost control of her entire life, starting first with K-Fed. She couldn't keep him home and be the family man she wanted and needed. Her career took a dump during the marriage and relationship and her parenting skills were constently questioned every turn she made. After leaving him, she wanted to let loose and be a young single woman, and made the mistake of being caught with no underwear. So then her undergarments come into question on every question. Along with the disappointment from her failed marriage that her sister publicly declared how much she loved K-Fed and can't believe they are divorcing. So, far every move she has made has failed horribly, and her life has been spiraling out of control. She probably has her mother and her publicist barking at her what her next moves should be, how she needs to get her life back on track, and needs to do this and that. The only thing she could do to stand up for herself and rebellion is probably the shaving of her hair late at night and another tattoo. She has been controlled since her career started, her only freedom was during the marriage when her mother and everyone gave her her space. Now that they are divorcing everyone is right back in her space to make her become the gravy train again. I am surprised she has lasted this long under all the stress.

She's not ready to be a mother. Any regular person would be under investigation from Children's Services by now. Those kids would be gone! Why they haven't stepped in is a good question. Being a celebrity can get you a lot of things that regular people can't even imagine. She get's to go to rehab while her kids stay with someone else. How nice and convenient!

you know i thought the same thing that she wants to sub con loose her kids because then she can go and party til dawn and not have to worry about her kids and the nanny. I have no idea, but KFED won't automatically get custody, if he is out of control they may put the kids in foster care or give them to her mother til she cleans up.

are her kids safe, yes, do they have food, yes,do they have a place to live, yes, do they have medical, yes, i have NOT seen her kids in pictures when shes "partying", did she put her kids in danger when she cut her hair, NO, if u have ever had fussion extensions, they dread and knott, felt like shaving them out myself, her kids are with a nanny, or grandparent. they arnt being left in the back seat of the car while mom partys, so agian why do you think shes a bad mom, yea im sure they are better taken care of than most kids

That sounds about right. But then again if she didn't want the responsiblity of raising her own kids, then she shouldn't have done the work.

Brittany or KFed, what a choice! neither one is a fit parent. maybe they will get put into a foster home.
