Cena will win. He has beaten too many foes in the last year for them to take the belt off him at Mania. It's almost a sure thing. Stephanie McMahon doesn't realize that her booking is driving RAW into the ground. It needs a heel champ, HBK needs to turn on Cena. They can kick off Mania with a tag match (similar to Angle/Benoit a few years back on Smackdown - WWE Tag Champs but Benoit face and Angle heel). They can Main Event it too.
Incidentally, seeing Cena take Sweet Chin Music on would be amusing.
Cena will not win because he's hot.
Cena will not win because 50% of the female pop... well, I guess indirectly he will. Never mind.
HBK will not win because Cena's held the title too long.
HBK will not win because Cena's gimmick sucks.
HBK will not win because Triple H (who can't walk) will cross Cena.

Signs point to Shawn. I would bet the most likey scenario is for Shawn to win it at WM23 and loose it at Summer Slam, either to Triple H or the Money in the Bank winnner. Depends how they plan to play Triple H on his return and how long they think DX will sell tickets.

JOHN CENA ! he's SOoooooooooooooooo damn HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOTTTTTTTTTTT & not just bcuz f that he also wrestles good (guess y he s the WWE RAW champ & its NOT bcuz of the scripts the scripts rnt even true ! HBK als wrestles good but I still hope that John Cena wins & maintains his WWE RAW CHAMP TITLE !
