To create your own haiku,
You should write your own.

The pattern is simple. 5 syllables, then 7, then 5 again. Usually haikus are about nature, but they don't have to be.

Haiku traditionally uses Nature images. The syllables are for the native language, so in Western nations there is less strictness about the number of syllables. Still, that does provide a nice structure. Haiku is like a snapshot of a thought or idea or observation. Brief and succinct.
