If a woman does this, people tell her she's a skank trying to attract sexual attention but if a guy walks down the street like that, no one cares. People might think he's sloppy, but no one thinks of him as a whore.

Well the last few times I saw a guy walking around half naked he was either very well built so the girls liked his bod or he looked so out of shape that nobody wanted to say a word to him. Take your pick. Guys may have to take care of their ladies when going out, but the competition and accessorizing that women put themselves through is all self-induced. I'm telling ya, it's so much easier to just duke it out and get it over with then to bicker and hold a grudge for years and years and years.
