What is the GDP per capita in real and nominal terms for the US in 2006 as well as the average individual income? Can you also tell me where you found out?

It's a little early to add up the score for 2006 just yet; however, it's estimated at $43,500 per capita in the CIA World Fact book based upon an estimated population of ~298 MM and an estimate purchasing power parity GDP of $12.98 trillion.
