When I touch my ankle I get a shooting pain (like a electrical shock feeling) in my toe. I can see the vain going to my toe and if I touch it, it is the weirdest feeling. If I roll my foot around I also can feel that shock feeling. My toe and the top of my foot is numb all day for several days now.....does anyone know what this could be?

Possibly a pinched nerve, thats what it sounds like to me. Thats when either a muscle, bone or anything else pushes against a nerve, sounds to me like its in your leg or foot, causing pain or tingling. I had one in my back recently, its not pretty but goes away eventually. You probably should see a doctor just to make sure.

Have you been tested for diabetes? You need to... You either damaged a nerve or blood vessle in your foot or you could possibly have diabetes. The only way to tell what happened is go to a doctor.
