Did West Point, mint a 2000 American Eagle Proof coin? If so did it come in a blue velvet box with a cert.? D

American Eagle Proof does come in dark blue velvet presentation box(some are red) with COA, but according to my coin book there were no silver AE proofs minted at West Point dated 2000. The only 2000-W AE coins are the gold and platinum bullions. ASE proof for 2000 were minted at Philadelphia.
