You can sue anyone for anything. Why not take your case to one of those TV court shows since you have displayed to everyone here at Y/A you have not seance of compassion why not let the whole nation know how Callas you are? Sure, a judge would love to give YOU money because you knocked up your now ex (I am assuming?) girlfriend and she hurt your poor little hand while she squeezed out the product of your lust. Good question, I wish I were the judge. Be serious, do you actually think an attorney would take your case?

Come on, I think on the scale of badness, labor pains from the fun that you shared in way outstrips the hand problem. I'm sorry that it happened, but your girlfriend wasn't being malicious or anything. I assume that she was simply gripping hard in her pain..
