If someone tried to outlaw guns there most definetly would be another civil war.

Are you that fearful? Outlaws? Cut me a break...where do you live? the wild west??? You buy too much into the NRA's propaganda...I do not/would not own or handle a gun and I feel so much safer for it. I know I will never accidentally shoot myself or someone else, and I don't ever have to worry about my own weapon being used against me, which is much more often what happens when a gun is discharged inside the home.
PS Your argument is illogical, as all things illegal are committed by those breaking the law. This is the same as you saying if you outlaw murder, only outlaws will commit murder, or if you outlaw heroin, only outlaws will use heroin---no kidding! We have alot of laws that outlaw behaviors, etc...your "argument" is just a catchphrase without actual meaning.

I haven't heard anyone talking about outllawing guns over the last 30 years, which is about how old tha t"If guns are outlawed only outlaw will have guns" shitck is -- it's off a bumber sticker from 1977.

Even if it was possible to rid the earth of fire arms How would the weak protect themselves from the strong but unjust.(as in the Little old lady from the young thug)

They won't protect themselves. The 2nd Amendment always needs to be intact. With the new libs in control you will see more assaults on your guns rights.
