I started talking with a guy off a dating site and he started saying how we were meant for each other. I even started talking with him on im and thats where his true colors came out.

Unfortunately, there is some truth in your suspicions of him being desperate. I myself have been on the other end of this situation, and sometimes I'm just so frustrated with the plethora of liars, players and sluts online, that when I finally find one who has a lot of the qualities I'm looking for, it's tough to take it slow. Don't hate guys that behave this way - for me, I just have a lot of love to give, and I really wanted someone to share my life with. Lucky for me, I was able to control my excitement, and found a fantastic girl. Give guys a chance online, but of course, play it safe.

those guys are crazy, how could they say i love you, you haven't seen each other and don't know each other that well. Some other guys do that or should I say most of the guys. Those guys are just playing and they think that by saying that we, girls, will fall for them. Girls should have to be careful. People close to you can lie, how much more these people you haven't seen and met personally. It's just a matter of self control and reverse psychology, i think.

Whatever u think about him, u just should give him a chance...Let u two get meet before anything drastic decision could u take ...

i personally hate those men who do that, and think that by saying those things that you would fall for them, that guy is desperate, and shallow, and part of the player thing, this guys think that if they say i love you or that we are meant to be without even knowing or seeing the real you are really fooling themselves to think that we women are dumb to fall for that crap
its great if you did not beleive him cause if you ever did you would be a fool yourself
