Ok I have a used computer. I dont know who had it before me. I need the administrators password to update, virus blockers, etc. but I cant because I dont know who was administrator and I dont know the password to change it, what can i do? Thakn you for answering. Have a good evening.~

Restart the computer | press F8 repeatedly until you get the option to start in safe mode | do so | then type in administrator for username | with no password
Do what you got to do then

Do a google search for a password snooper program. that should work. if all else fails dl partitioning software to delete the active partition and reinstall the os.

you can recover the system and after that your computer will look new and you will able to make administrator user.
