That is an leading question, as the moon always goes through the same phases, so each day has it's shape unique for the month.

The moon is full once a month, the new moon occurs once a month. The crescent moon appears in opposite directions.

e.g. 1st week quarter moon.....3rd week quarter moon....

all of them, unless you are talking of mirrored images, i.e. half,quarter. if you are then full and new are the only ones not repeated.
