I've also seen women play with each others' breasts and touch each other in similar ways as well. What is the meaning behind such behavior or do they like to tease one another maybe!? Or maybe I've never been no good for women ever,so I don't know!

I'm old enough to know ,i never been around such behavior ,not with women .
i always figure ,that was a man's and boy's sick joke .
i also never been asked to feel other woman's breast's ,i think you been fantasizing a little to much .
and if that's happening on your presence ,you been partying with lesbian's .

Breasts, no. Unless you mean twisting nipples. That's just fun watching others in pain. Wedgies, are the same thing, pain, it's right up the same alley as snapping bra straps, pain.
