lose bobby crosby, over-hyped, over-injured, trade an outfielder for a SS, other than that, with 14 people in the league and that many players, you did very good

Without seeing the other 13 its hard to give a definite grade. Looks like the starting pitching is solid. Webb, Sabathia, Verlander, E.Santana-very solid. Contreras ok. Mulder is a question mark as well as Pavano. Wade Miller? Is he still around?Bullpen could use some help. Isringhausen might give way to Wainwright if not healthy. Todd Jones is aging and Zumaya is chomping at the bit. Duchsherer is a solid reliever; good to stash if one also has Street.
Can't go wrong with Vlad and Ichiro. Thome is good. Helton is iffy. He's at a crossroads now. He seems determined to get back to form but it is disconcerting how his power has dropped the couple years.
Overbay is a solid contributor. Crosby has been injury prone. Barnes seems to have fallen out of favor in Colorado. Javy Lopez? Has anyone picked him up? Last year was very disturbing. Javy's bat disappeared.
Beltre had a decent second half last year once moved to the 2 spot in the lineup.
Offense could be a concern. I don't see any major strengths in a 14 team league. Podsednik has to return to big time steal form for your team to compete in steals--that is doubtful considering his injury problems recently.

There's your problem. Javy Lopez is finished. Todd Helton is declining. Sanchez has no track record. Beltre is hit or miss. Crosby MIGHT be good. Overbay is solid. Barmes MIGHT have a JOB.

Webb, CC, Santana, Contreras are the only pitchers I like of yours. Bullpen is..... suspect at best.

Outfield is nice, same with utility, but i dont like podsednik in left.

I honestly think you could have done better... I know its a 14 team league but your offense is not very good, so i would expect your pitching to be great, but it is definitely only average.

Grades
Offense: C
Pitching: C+

Overall: C+

not bad, you need some guys besides ichiro who hit for average and speed more than power. plus you should pick some starters whos team doesnt have a legit closer, like cc sabathia in cleveland, nice pick.
