Say nothing at all. Sounds like jealousy talking, and you need to be kind, and just remain above it. Take good care of your bag; maybe it will become a classic. If you have to dignify the comment with a remark, you might say something like, "No, it's the real deal. I saved to purchase it, because I wanted a something with quality, not a disposable item." Or, "No, it was a gift from my mother. I really appreciate it, and it's a bag I will keep forever." This answer is kinder, and might even turn off the jealousy. Finally, you could add that you've read, unfortunately, that knock off bags are connected to organized crime. Many poor African immigrants are selling them tonight on the streets of major European cities. Tell the jealous girls, that it is a matter of principle for you, and that you waited to purchase the real thing, rather than see these people exploited.
