I would wear darker eyeshadow n light lips...
The reason i said dark eyeshadow was so you dont look completely washed out with your already light coloured clothes
and lighter lips for the simple fact that its always ebst to pair light lips with dark eyeshadows (or dark lips with light eyeshadows) so you dont go over the top =]

It depends on your skin tone and color more than the outfit you are wearing. Also, the time of day is important.

Make up should always match your skin tone! Find out your color group and mix and match eyes, lip, & cheeks. Then match in your colors the same way. Accenting and and adding variety to your overall

medium make uo...if your wearing white outfit.....apply silver or light pink eye shadow and blue eyeliner...stay way from the mascara...

I'd lean towards light but it depends on your complexion, too.

i will still say as natural as possible. (: maybe just the usuals, mascara.
