I'd keep Gonzalez. I feel like with his combination of youth and power he has the most long-term value. Nomar is always one wicked cramp away from a six-month stint on the DL and Overbay is good, but just never seems to have that consistency I look for a in a game-changer. All three had similar stats last season, but I'd give the edge to Gonzalez.
Gonzalez is on his way up and hits in a great ball-park for extra-base hits, but has the power to mash them out too. Personally, looking at your team I think you should make a move to bolster your starting pitching -- which seems a little thin -- and then acquire another player with 2B eligibility like DeRosa or Aurillia in case you need to move Sanchez elsewhere due to an injury.

I think without question Adrian Gonzalez. Last year the best of them was Overbay, by a bit. But Gonzalez is the youngest, by a lot, and still improving. I believe Overbay just had his career year. Nomar's stats last year were good, but look at the splits, he had a great first half, and collapsed in the second. He batted .229 post-all star break.
Both Gonzalez and Nomar play in pitchers' parks with teams with fairly weak offense. Overbay does better on that score, but I'd still say Gonzalez because he is still improving.

if ya gotta pick one - I'd go with overbay. Nomar will break down, and even though I like AG, I don't like the lineup in SD. Trade those guys for something good

Gonzalez or Overbay.
Nomar is going to be given the JD Drew treatment this year -- meaning he'll be rested just about every 3rd day or so. This means he won't be getting as many ABs. Also they have a bunch of in-field prospects waiting to get a shot i.e loney, laroche

Keep Nomar.
He might gain eligibility at 3B and SS if the Dodgers start slumping badly.
