Is it true that rubbing the breasts with an ice cube everyday reducing the size of the breasts? Does it has any effect on the health? Thank u!

Umm I've never heard of this, but there is no reason that rubbing ice cubes on breasts would make them smaller. Cold constricts the skin so they might look smaller after applying the ice cubes, but it would not last for longer than 10 minutes, and would not be very noticeable.

by the way, the answer to your question is NO rubbing your boobs with a ice cube will do nothing but make you cold.

Sounds like a weird old wives' tale. How on earth could rubbing ice on your boobs make them smaller? It might make them look a bit perky from being cold...

umm I've never heard of this, but either way i really have my doubts about it. the only thing i think you would get out of doing this would be frost nip from exposing sensitive skin to such cold temperatures constantly. Otherwise, if you are looking for breast reduction the only way to do it is through surgery.

I've got my doubts. I can't vizualize how it would. don't do anything that would drastically reduce circulation over an extended time.
