A group of persons above 65 years of age walked 90 kms. distance at a stretch. They claim that they felt absolutely normal the next day as they regularly walk about 10 kms every day. I think this is absolutely unnecessary and gross abuse of your health which is bound to detoriate with age. Adventures are for those who are young and have continuous flow of strength. What is your opinion?

I have not been on a bike in around 45 years. Went for a ride with my 12 year old daughter for about 11 miles and felt just dandy! Slept like a baby that night and have been fine ever since.

I am also a smoker and do not exercise regularly! I know - I am totally wrong on this one but did it anyway! I would do it again if someone did not steal my bike! Maybe for my best? I don't know!

I am inclined to agree with you but at the same time - give us a chance! We ain't dead yet!

A person needs to know his limitations, but if they really did feel fine the next day, I guess they were not abusing the machinery.

if they feel normal afterwards, that mean that the walk helps. if they get cramps...well, of course its already abuse.
